Droid Technologies designed and developed a medical wearable device and companion mobile application for remote patient monitoring, health data collection, and indoor real-time location tracking.
The wearable integrates UWB, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), an accelerometer, and a high-precision infrared body temperature sensor with ±0.2°C accuracy. It collects health and motion data and synchronizes it with the mobile app via BLE.
The mobile application provides secure pairing, real-time temperature monitoring, historical data, configurable alerts, battery status, sensor settings, and synchronization of stored measurements. Motion data supports activity monitoring, inactivity detection, orientation tracking, and potential fall detection.
The UWB RTLS system determines the patient’s indoor position using fixed UWB anchors and displays the location on a facility map. It supports room/zone identification, movement history, last known position, and geofencing alerts.
Key features:
• Medical wearable + mobile application
